Ethical Perspective Paper July 28, 2008 Introduction As the man of business changes so does the ethical aw arness. What may aim been undeviating years-ago is now long forgotten. Ethical perspectives are the means to do the right thing at the right time. In our parliamentary law we have many contrary types of people from different cultures, religious beliefs and heritages. In business a soul has to chouse what to each one culture belief is and how it will discover the business. Individual perspectives buns vary from one individual to the next. The four ethical perspectives are: character, obligation, results, and equity. later on taking the canvass on these four perspectives a person can control how he or she views ethics. After completing this test my results was surprise but yet truthful. A person would like to entrust that he or she knows everything more or less how to prompt an organization without any conflicts and misconcept ions. However, I have wise(p) that what I may believe to be right and premature may non be what others believe. We as a rules of state need to witness what is best for society. Character After receiving my results on the character factor of the test it is believed that I value a persons ability to make sound chaste judgment. The test results apologise that my ethical style compels me to strive to be a person of wisdom and integrity.
